Saying Goodbye

For health reasons I have given up a lot of foods, snacks and treats, such as:
• popcorn 
• pints of vegan ice cream 
• smoothies
• coffee (occasional exceptions)
• tea (occasional exceptions)
• edibles 
• alcohol 
• non dairy milk (occasional exceptions)
• dried fruit
• pickled foods
• hard, chewy, crunchy foods
• stevia
• acidic foods (citric acid)
Studies have shown that "everything in moderation" is not healthy and is just another way to sabotage one's efforts. Everything in moderation can lead to weight gain and diabetes. 
This song is dedicated to all the foods I've given up... No More I Love You's.
