when I was in 9th grade, I lived in cedar mill Oregon. there was a disco in beaverton called earthquake ethels and I'd sometimes go there with my fake id. just kidding. it was open during the day on Sundays for us underage kids to enjoy some earth, wind and fire fun! I always went alone because I didn't have any friends. I guess the lower powers didn't like us having all the positivity of disco, so they started pushing the negative rap music.
