Debunking the Four Way Stop

The four way, or all way stop is not a queue that you must monitor to see who is to go first, next and next. You only must yield to the car on your right and if there is nobody there, it's your turn to go. If you're turning left, then you must yield to the car across from you, but go at the same time. End of story.
