I didn't want to bring this up, because. Then squeaky clean, front load Mathias compared their plight to Charley Kirk and other murdered people, which is hysterical! I still don't want to say it, but here goes... Dr. John reminds me of Otto Warmbier. I know, I know. But I think they grew up in similar circumstances, where they would dress for dinner, etc.
The white privileged attitude of Dr. John, thinking his credentials and their fame could send a woman to prison based on flimsy lies and a case built on staged circumstantial evidence is absurd.
As a student, Warmbier wasn't in a position to use his own clout, so it seems like he was banking on his parents to get him out of trouble. I would have been terrified in that situation and wouldn't have gone to North Korea, in the first place, but according to his friend, Otto went away with the armed guards like he didn't have a care in the world.
Obviously, the consequences are nowhere near as harsh, for Dr. John, but not according to him, as you can see with some of his ignorant comparisons. It seems like neither one them had ever faced consequences to their actions, because they were/are so far removed from the hood.
Yeah, I know. I just made the whole thing up, because I'm only a hair psychologist and elf Reverend. However, Dr. John made everything up and he's a forensic psychologist. That's scary.
