Grueling games of luck belie logic when given the quality of life people exist through. Getting ahead means more to people than friends and family. Growing oneself an empire, like Donald Trump's and others, passes men by, tragically leaving them scarred and broken.
Centering themselves on less wealthy minorities and women places the blame for their failures on everyone but themselves. "Guilty" of moving into "white man territory", women and minorities rise to the occasion, don't look a gift horse in the mouth and give thanks for what has come their way.
Helping themselves to opportunity, when it's available, moves white men to view minorities and women as thieves for accepting what's offered. A nasty battle takes place, fought by the white males and no one else. Green with jealousy, white males work to tear down everything in place to assist those with less.
